This is the first time Ive ever had a Gaming Headset, I have used headset’s oni the past for work which I always found quite unconfortable after wearing for a while, Well the JBL Quantum 360X, I didnt need to worry at all, was extremely comfortable even after a couple of hours gaming.

Sound wise this is were the JBL Quantum 360X is really well and truly above its competitors at first when I tried it I thought I had accidentally turned up my TV so loud, but it was the sound on the Headset, so that took a bit of fine tuning to get the right balance for me. but it truly does make your gaming experience even better. The Mic picks up sound really well again this can be changed, to a point I was whistling whilst waiting on Call Of Duty to load into the online player map, that one of my friends told me to stop haha.

Conclusion –

  • Build Quality – 9/10 -Colours match in with Xbox colour Scheme
  • Sound -9/10 – Blows your mind but does take some setting up to get the correct levels
  • Mic Quality – 8/10 – Picks up everything even my poor whistling but unable to rotate around
  • Set Up – 10/10 – love the plug a play connection no issues at all
  • Comfort 10/10 – Used for a few hours in one session and no issues at all extremely comfortable
  • Price – JBL advising £79.99

Overall – this is a great headset to get into Gaming and is available from JBL or Amazon, my one kind of gripe would be the mic can not be rotated around or moved to the other ear.

I would recommend this to anyone who is just getting into online Gaming, There are more expensive headsets available, this hits all the right parts for me.
